👋 Hey, it's Katherine! I'm based in Washington, DC, and live with the most adorable puppy named Dash.
🌎 I'm happily acting as the Community Manager at ADPList, where I'm focused on our local, global, and virtual community initiatives. I have over 5 years of experience leading community programs, initiatives, and research projects, primarily in the context of health and education. However, that all changed when I began pursuing a career in UX and product design in 2022.
🎨 I still love design and research, that won't ever change! But, for now, I'm extremely passionate about blending my community background, discovery mindset, and eye for design to help grow a strong and powerful mentor community at ADPList.
🚀 I have experience working for early-stage startups as a UX team of one, and am often recruited at the ground level to set processes and establish strong foundations for long-term success.
